About Me

Hi, I’m Jenny Wang.

I’m a counselling practitioner and training facilitator with a background in psychology and counselling, passionate about helping people navigate meaningful life and career decisions with clarity and confidence.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: growth happens when insight meets action. Whether I’m supporting clients or training helping professionals, I focus on making complex concepts practical, structured, and immediately applicable in real-world settings.

I bring together approaches from cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused work, and career development frameworks to help individuals move from feeling stuck to taking intentional steps forward. I also place strong emphasis on cultural sensitivity and accessibility, offering support in both English and Mandarin.

In my work, I often reflect on the Chinese saying: “授人以鱼,不如授人以渔” (Give a person a fish, and you feed them for a day; teach them how to fish, and you feed them for a lifetime.)

This philosophy shapes everything I do. Rather than simply providing answers, I aim to equip people with the skills, frameworks, and confidence they need to navigate challenges long after our work together.
